We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

As a user of ETH Volume Bot, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
• Maintain the security of your wallet and private keys
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Use the service only for legitimate token projects you own or have authorization to promote
• Not use the service to manipulate markets or deceive investors
• Accept full responsibility for all transactions initiated through our platform

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible and that you are solely responsible for verifying all transaction details before confirmation.

ETH Volume Bot charges service fees for volume generation campaigns. All fees are calculated and displayed before you initiate a campaign.

Fee structure includes:

• Service fee: A percentage of your target volume
• Gas costs: Ethereum network transaction fees for all operations
• Trading capital: The ETH amount used to generate the requested volume

All payments must be made in ETH through your connected wallet. Fees are non-refundable once a campaign has been initiated. You are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient ETH balance to cover all costs.

You may not use ETH Volume Bot to:

• Engage in fraudulent activities or market manipulation
• Promote scam tokens or rug pull schemes
• Violate any securities laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for money laundering or terrorist financing
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Reverse engineer or copy our technology

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of service and potential legal action.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ETH VOLUME BOT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Uninterrupted or error-free service operation
• Accuracy or reliability of results
• Security of the platform or your data

We do not guarantee specific results from using our volume generation services. Market conditions, token characteristics, and external factors may affect outcomes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ETH VOLUME BOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or cryptocurrency assets
• Service interruptions or delays
• Unauthorized access to your wallet or accounts
• Market losses or token value depreciation
• Regulatory actions or legal consequences

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to ETH Volume Bot immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Risk to platform security or integrity
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
